    As programming director of SF Indie Fest and co-founder of Another Hole In the Head, Bruce Fletcher has recently decided that there may be room for one more film festival in San Francisco. So he created Dead Channels: the San Francisco Festival of Fantastic Film, running August 9 - 16.
