'The Shepherd' should totally be on this list its amazing and a spy movie, and a short film.

'The Insane' is a semi-horror short that won some comic-con award.

Very good. Visceral, frightening, and a little disturbing. Even if you don't feature it on the show, it's worth watching.

Jammer, what did you think of Harvest?

Also, I know I say this a lot. But, if you like the films, please support the filmmakers by going on vimeo and befriending them or commenting on the films on there too!

VIRTUES. good film needs more action maybe...or more examples of the goodness, bad, ect. i liked the pace, but could have been longer, but for a short not bad.

walnut started slow picked up the scene where she was going to her apartment was really the best. the convence store thing has been way over done ..via clerks.lots of potental here. acting vg set ok, script tighten and add more overall i liked it.

'my man' needs better audio, better camera, lots of washout, and an ending.. what's up with that?? why were you supposed to be at school but were in the building wasn't real clear. why didn't the boy do something for the girl. who was she.film should answer some questions.

Hey Ds21. Thanks for your comments! I'm glad you guys are talking about the films even if you didn't enjoy them as much this week.

      PS. WHat is "the insane'?

Ok... just watched Harvest... very very weird... I think it was the best of the four though... still not as good as other shorts on here.

    • ds21 wrote on November 13, 9:17 pm

I kinda thought this episode was a little lame compared to the previous three (as far as the shorts are concerned. Bobby is awesome as ever). 'My Man' was didn't seem to have any sort of purpose, much less development or resolution. 'Walnut' had the same problem, and the ending didn't make sense. 'Virtues' was a little better, in that it actually made sense, but it was still rather flat and didn't go anywhere. I still have yet to see Harvest.

None of these shorts were terrible, but compared to previous features (such as 'Killing Killian') I was unimpressed.

PS - Bobby, you need to feature 'The Insane'! BEST...SHORT...EVER!!!!!!
